2. Production process and performance parameters of each unit:

Model: SG-QGQW25-150HSF rotary high speed valve machine, 16 station rotary high speed valve machine is developed from foreign advanced equipment technology, the unit is made of valve elevator, rotary disc valve machine (this equipment is customized according to the valve form) and high speed rotary valve mechanism. Model: SG-QGQW25-150FC explosion-proof sealing inflator: composed of 6-head sealing & 6-head inflating integrated machine, 6-head high-precision metering cylinder, single set of pressurizing cylinder, positive pressure explosion-proof electric cabinet. The process flow completed by this equipment is as follows: the front end high-speed valve machine is transported to the unit through the flow flexible chain plate, the explosion-proof servo motor drives the index plate to work, and locates 6 groups of valve aerosol tanks at a time. The sealing unit completes the capping, sealing and resetting action at one time. The positioning disc again locates the 6 stations to the sealed tank to the inflating station, and the metering cylinder is driven into the air mist tank under high pressure through the valve core through the filling head.
