Under the control of PLC program, the bottle enters the preheating area, the high temperature zone and the cooling zone in turn with the conveying of the conveyor belt. The speed of the conveyor is stepless and adjustable, and the laminar fan is regulated by frequency conversion. The temperature is monitored and controlled by the color display screen. After drying and sterilization, the bottle automatically enters the follow-up equipment of the production line. The whole process can be monitored and operated by the display screen. The temperature monitoring system can be set, displayed, monitored, recorded and printed.
